Pump it Up! is a class designed to engage your mind and your body. Join certified inclusive fitness instructor Monica Jabaay for this 30 minute workout that puts workout moves together to make a fun routine. This class will challenge your brain by puting workout movements to a set routine. You will leave feeling energized, stronger, and sweaty! Register today to receive a set of FREE wrist weights. We will be using these wrist weights for the class. This class will be done entirely in a seated position. Don’t miss out on this great chance to have fun and sweat! Register today.
