A ride for those advanced riders, wishing to push a little harder for 2 hours straight. If you are unsure if you can do it, try it… but you may waive the white flag if you wish, and be a part of the social cycle this tends to be. You will laugh, at least once, on this collaborative organization ride for a reason. #NoZeroDays

What to Expect:

You must have your own trainer and bike of any kind to take part at the highest level. If you don’t have a bike… the riders will give you some ideas of functional and plyometric exercises, or run/walk on your treadmill, that meet the cyclists effort level. No smart trainers required… any rollers or stands work!  Expect some bridge sprints, focused workouts, or plenty of hooting and hollering, in excitement. From beginner riders to paralympic athletes are on these rides. Truly a community ride! 

Types of workouts you will experience:

  • Endurance training to build stamina and improve cardiovascular fitness
  • Stability and mobility training to increase strength and range of motion
  • Course challenges using instructors or videos to simulate your perceived course efforts
