Get Fit HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) by Adaptive adventures.
Time: Thursdays 6:00pm- 7:00pm CST (5-6pm MT)
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout routine with Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT) Gilbert Vasquez. A one hour session that will make you sweat and work hard! Open for all abilities and all levels are welcome. No equipment needed but it is recommended.

Join us as Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT), Gilbert Vasquez, leads an adapted HIIT class that focuses on various circuits and diverse exercises. The instructor will modify for seated (chair, ball, wheelchair) and standing exercises. You will learn exercises you can do with or without equipment at home. The workouts will include high intensity interval training, tabata style, plyometrics, resistance bands, body weight, weight training (if possible), and other creative techniques to engage the participants in a home workout. Adaptations and modifications will be provided. Stay healthy and strong!

Remember to go at your own pace, stay hydrated, know your maximum heart rate, and to take breaks if needed!
HIIT is an intense workout that will require your heart rate to reach high level zones. 80% and above! So please remember to take the necessary steps to have a smooth and comfortable workout.
