Summary

Community Spacing at its best! Put your bike on the trainer and lets push! Beginner, or expert, it is your perceived goal ride and casual active happy hour. You must have your own bike and trainer to take part at the highest level. If you don’t have a bike… the riders will give you some ideas of functional and plyometric exercises that meet the cyclists effort level. This is for everyone to check in and say ‘HI,” sweat a little, and laugh together! Threshold Training is the theme of tonight. Something for ALL Abilities and Fitness Types.

Expect some hooting and hollering, in excitement as we push one another further.
