This program is brought to you be Adaptive Adventures’ partnership with the Forest Preserves of Cook County.

Join us at various Forest Preserves throughout the Chicagoland area. Please see location information section for exact time and address as it varies per week.

Who Can Attend?

Our sports can be easily adapted to almost any ability level. We have opportunities for anyone with a primary physical or visual disability!

**Please Note – Participants must be able to follow directions and effectively communicate with or without assistance provided by themselves to be eligible for Adaptive Adventures programs.

What Can I Expect?

Adaptive Adventures will bring a trailer full of adaptive equipment to find what best suits you for the sports of the day. We will have trained volunteers to help along the way.

How Should I Dress & Things to bring?

Come dressed in comfortable athletic attire to enjoy being active (think breathable, moisture-wicking), closed toe shoes, and easily removable layers (weather dependent). Adaptive Adventures will provide adaptive equipment and helmets.

You must register to attend this event. Please arrive on time. If you register and are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
